 1. Warehouse/Distribution Analysts & Managers (Pasig City)
  • Responsible for the management of the different warehouse operations and processes to ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers, optimum inventory management and control

  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in SAP A1/R1 or equivalent ERP and WMS systems
 2. Merchandising Associate (Quezon City)
  • In-charge of overall merchandising of our e-commerce website by ensuring proper update of stock inventory, inputting of new product SKUs from shipments, and ensuring product details accuracy.

  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy of the website and efficient order processing.
  • Must be willing to learn and a team player.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Preferably with knowledge in basic HTML and CSS.
 3. Store Supervisor (Alabang & Cebu)
  • Implements management skills - planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the store activities & personnel to achieve store sales targets

  • Formulates and implements sales programs and strategies to meet targets
  • Responsible for the operation of in-store and out-of –store selling events with selling events
  4. Sales Coordinator (Quezon City & Greater Manila)
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the sales team.

  • Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
  • Monitor stock inventory in effectively tracking.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales manager in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
5. Graphic Artist (Quezon City)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent 
6. Brand Manager/Digital Marketing/Marketing Officer (Quezon City)

 

  • Responsible for the creation and execution of marketing products and brand development plans.
  • Responsible for providing management to promotion, sales, marketing communications, marketing research, distribution, advertising graphics and finance to drive the brand growth and success.
  • Responsible for total ownership of the assigned brands and execution of product launches.
  • Develop annual brand strategies, build brand awareness and oversee new product launches
  • Prepare brand performance analysis
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
7. E-Commerce Specialist (Quezon City & Pasig)
  • Responsible for new product listings, product descriptions, content creation, updated inventory, and maintenance.
  • Implement existing SEO strategies.
  • Must be familiar with basic website coding - HTML/CSS.
  • Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot table, vlookup, etc.) to stay organized.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or advertising.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Familiar with SAP and/or Magento.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
8. Accounting Associate (Quezon City)
  • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions in compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
  • May be assigned to different departments – general accounting, account payables, account receivables, treasury
  • Graduate of BS- Accountancy or equivalent
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Knowledge in SAP Business 1 is a plus
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Great attention to detail; Good communication skills in oral & written.
